VILLAGE OF OAK PARK PARKING INFORMATION

General
OPRFHS staff, students and visitors should observe all current Village of Oak Park parking and snow day restrictions;
Read parking signs carefully and observe posted restrictions to avoid being ticketed!
 

For OPRFHS staff:

• 24-hour free Scoville Avenue Parking Garage access with a Village of Oak Park permit (300 spaces)
• Pilgrim Church lot parking with VOP permits (104 spaces)
• High school side of Linden/Erie perimeter with VOP permit (152 spaces)

For OPRFHS students:

• Student parking on South Field perimeter/South Boulevard with paid VOP permit**
• Free all-day parking on designated blocks of Chicago and Ridgeland Avenues 
• Paid parking available in garage after 4 p.m. weekdays and weekends
• Portions of Lake St. with VOP paid permit S-3
• Limited on-street parking will be on most residential blocks, including “resident-only”
  

For visitor & handicapped parking:

• Free, one-hour visitor parking on west side of Scoville Avenue and south side of Ontario, and handicapped available on west side of Scoville
• Limited garage parking for longer appointments during school days until 4 p.m. with a temporary pass provided by the Welcome Center
• Paid parking available in garage after 4 p.m. weekdays and weekends
• $5 events parking when the Village of Oak Park schedules an attendant

** Permit distribution
New staff permits for garage parking are distributed by the school to staff in early fall.
Student permits for post-garage plan are sold during August ID/schedule pickup days to seniors on a first come/first served basis. Any remaining permits are available to juniors.
