At the Feb. 7 Morton Regional, the Huskies scored 233 team points, 78 points ahead of 2nd place Lyons Township (155 points), earning its way into the dual team state tourney.

    As a team, the Huskies will face Carl Sandburg High School (winners of the Shepard Regional) Feb. 24 at Marist High School in Chicago.

   OPRF had 12 wrestlers who placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and qualified for individual sectionals this weekend at DeLaSalle HS (Fri. Feb. 13 - 5 p.m. and Sat. Feb. 14 - 10 a.m.)

Seniors Liam Pegg (4th @ 119) and Aaron Minnis (140) did not advance to individual sectionals, but they anticipate returning to the mat in a few weeks during the team competition.
