100 block of Scoville Avenue closed--Dec. 23-30

December 20, 2013

During our upcoming winter break, the high school will be undergoing a major construction project. A massive crane will be set up on Scoville Avenue in order to replace the chiller tower and chiller units that air condition our building. For safety reasons, we had to work during a time when the building is completely empty.

This project requires that from Monday, December 23, through Monday, December 30, we close the 100 block of Scoville Avenue to all traffic and parking, from Ontario Street south to the cul-de-sac. The 200 block of Scoville Avenue as well as Ontario Street will remain open and accessible during this time.

We recognize that this is a major inconvenience during the holidays. For our neighbors on the 100 block of Scoville Avenue, who will not be able to use the street in front of their homes, we have provided six parking passes that they and/or guests may use to park at any time in either the Pilgrim lot or the OPRF parking garage.

We are taking every step possible to minimize the inconvenience to our neighbors and appreciate the community's patience during this project.
