Citizens invited to join Finance Advisory Committee

Oak Park and River Forest High School District 200 is forming a new Finance Advisory Committee to examine the present financial condition of the District. This will include assessing the optimal range of the District’s total fund balance to best serve the interests of the District and the community. The committee will include members from the Board of Education, the school community, and the community at large, appointed by the Board President. It will invite guests to make presentations on key issues related to school finance and will make recommendations to the District 200 Board.

If you have an appropriate background in school law, finance, or another highly relevant discipline and are interested in serving on or presenting to the committee, please submit your letter of interest and vitae to Superintendent Dr. Steven Isoye ( by Thursday, June 13.
