District presents strategic-planning survey results to date, extends survey deadline

December 3, 2012

Since October 2012, Oak Park and River Forest High School has been engaged in a strategic-planning process. The result will be a five-year plan with long-term goals aimed at helping all students achieve their full potential. To create a plan that truly reflects the values and goals of the Oak Park and River Forest communities, all community members have been invited to offer input. It is anticipated that the Board will approve a final plan in spring 2013.

In late October and early November, 1,934 parents, students, faculty, staff, and community members took the strategic planning survey. Results to date, shared publicly at the December 3, 2012, steering committee meeting, are available by clicking the links below:

In order to ensure the greatest participation possible, the survey will remain open through Winter Break. If you have not already done so and would like to take the survey, please contact strategicplanning@oprfhs.org or 708-434-3511 to receive a code to take the survey online or to receive a paper version of the survey. The code is to help ensure that each person takes the survey only once; all responses are anonymous and will not be tracked.
