OPRF Annual Locker Cleanout for ALL students—Tuesday, May 17, 2016

Seniors will no longer have access to their lockers after dismissal on May 20. They need to:

  • Clear all personal items and books from locker.

  • Take home lock (it belongs to the student now).

  • Return all books to the 1 West Gym by 3:45 p.m. Friday, May 20. Any books not returned by this time will be assessed a late fee, and students will be billed for the replacement charge. Seniors who pay for a lost book in order to graduate will not receive a refund if the book is later found. Consult with the Bookstore by Friday, May 20 before paying for book.

Freshman, sophomores, and juniors will no longer have access to their lockers after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, their last day of finals.

  • Any coats, clothing, or valuables found in lockers will be held in the security office until Friday, June 10, when they will be donated to charity.

  • These students should not take locks home. They should RELOCK their lockers so they will have their current lock on their locker when they return in the fall.

Reminders for ALL students:

  • Do not discard any textbooks received from the Bookstore (hardcover books with barcodes on the sides). Students will be billed the substantial new replacement cost if not returned or if returned damaged. A $15 rebind fee will be charged if a book is damaged but repairable.

  • A late fee of $5 per book will be charged for any book not returned by the deadline, which is May 20 for seniors, and May 26 for all other students (see below for return times).

  • An additional $5 locker cleanout fee will be charged by the Bookstore if any books are found left in a classroom or locker.
