Fall sports updates

  • Girls Swimming and Diving: Undefeated in dual meets in the West Suburban Conference (WSC) Silver Division and ranked number one in the state in all three relays! The 400-free relay team of Hanna Blankemeier, Genevieve Curry, Samantha M. Neilson, and Natalie Ungaretti recently broke a 26-year-old school record while smashing the pool record by nearly six seconds. The WSC meet will take place Oct. 31 at York at 1 p.m. 
  • Football: The 7-1 Huskies take on Hinsdale Central at home this Fri., Oct. 23, at 7:30 p.m.
  • Girls Golf: Amanda Youman finished 13th in the state this past weekend.
  • Girls Tennis: Doubles team Maya Trinka and Audrey Angelos qualified for state this weekend at the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) sectional and will begin the state tournament on Thursday.
  • Boys Cross Country: Took second place at the WSC conference meet. Erwin Loud won the meet and  set a course record. They will run in the IHSA regional at Proviso West this Saturday at 2 p.m.
  • Girls Cross Country: The girls took fifth at the WSC meet. They will run in the IHSA regional at Proviso West this Saturday at 1 p.m.
  • Field Hockey: The Huskies  are seeded fourth in state and will play their first-round playoff game at home vs. St Ignatius this Wed., Oct. 21, at 5 p.m.
  • Boys Soccer will play in the IHSA regional semi-final on Wed., Oct. 21, at Hinsdale South at 6:30 p.m.
  • Girls Volleyball: Join the girls for Senior Night tonight, Oct. 19, in the Field House as we host Resurrection at 5:30 p.m. They will begin IHSA playoffs next week, playing at St Ignatius on Tues., Oct. 27, at 7 p.m.
