And another big THANK YOU to those who sent in an "end of the year" donation or membership renewal. We are very grateful for your contributions - some of you were quite generous! Your support is vital to our operations. We have also received donations of reunion proceeds from the Class of '69, the Class of '74 and the Class of '84. Many thanks to all the members of these classes for their support and especially to the members of the REUNION COMMITTEES for all their hard work!
Thanks as well to 2008 Reunions groups from the classes of '47, '58, '68, '73, '78, '88 for your donations to our Summer Enrichment Grant program to benefit current OPRFHS students. We are very thankful for all of the support we receive. A summary of past reunions is at the end of this page.

About the OPRFHS Alumni Association
The Alumni Association of Oak Park & River Forest High School was organized in 2002 by a group of local alumni for the benefit of both former and current students.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for ALUMNI to maintain and enhance connections with their classmates and the OPRFHS community. These include websites and E-Bulletins, a NEWSLETTER mailed to our donor members three times per year and FINANCIAL AID through our Summer Enrichment Grants to current high school students to help them participate in a wide variety of educational enrichment programs. Your donation to the Alumni Association will help enrich the lives of current OPRFHS students. Please support us - we depend entirely on tax-deductible membership CONTRIBUTIONS and other donations from the community to fund our operations.

Homecoming 2010 will be Saturday, October 9. Reunion plans are underway for a number of classes - please see below and check back soon for updated information. Men's Soccer Alumni - The 2nd Annual Men's Alumni Soccer match will be held at the OPRF Stadium on Saturday, JULY 17 beginning at 6:00 PM. All ages are welcome to participate - this year's game will feature alumni from the Doug Hunt Era vs. the Paul Wright Era. All proceeds will benefit the men's soccer program. 1955 - 55th for '55! Save the date - plans are in the works for a reunion dinner on October 16, 2010, with plenty of fun and a few surprises! 1960 - Spread the Word! Judy Schock Zimdars, Demi Strompolos Regas and Sandra Watson Jackson are looking for classmates to help plan a 50th Reunion! 1968 - It's a Pub Crawl Reunion and 60th Birthday Bash combined! Members of the Class of '68, including Myra Green and Tom Kerrins, are planning a fun gathering to include Friday night, SEPTEMBER 10 at Kevil's and Goldyburgers (cash bar) and on Saturday both bars are sponsoring a bus to "The Cell" for the White Sox-KC Royals game. A BIG THANK YOU to the staff at OPRFHS for all their help with alumni related activities. A special mention to members of the FOOD SERVICE staff and those in BUILDINGS & GROUNDS - we appreciate everything you did to make the day special and keep things running smoothly. Thanks as well to the ALUMNI volunteers who did an awesome job leading school tours. We also appreciate the help of the volunteers from the TAU GAMMA service club who supervised the children's activities and helped in many other ways. And thanks also to Anthony Svejda and the MARCHING HUSKIES for the wonderful serenade during the Alumni Lunch.
