in the Music Program (Vocal & instrumental)
We need all of your support!
We have student vocal & instrumental groups performing and a Big Band
Everyone should plan to attend and bring as many people as possible .
This is a HUGE Activity and WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to make it a success!!
Volunteer Opportunities:
Set up (5:00 - 6:30)/Clean up (8:00 - 8:30) - 4 people
Ticket sellers / takers - 12 people
2 shifts - 6:15 - 7:45 (8 people) and 7:45 - 9:00(4 people))
Food /Refreshment Ticket Sellers - 4 people
2 shifts - 6:15 - 7:15 (2) and 7:15 - 8:15(2)
Cooks - 3 people (must be able to grill)
2 shifts - 5:00 - 6:45(2) and 6:45 - 8:15(1)
Food /Drink Sellers 8 people
2 shifts - 6:15 - 7:15(4) and 7:15 - 8:15(4)
Willing to relieve- 6 people
2 shifts - 6:15 - 7:15(3) and 7:15 - 8:15(3)
· If you can't come early- still volunteer for the time you can come.
· The relievers will make sure you see your child when he /she is performing.
· All Volunteers will check in at the front tables with the Volunteer Coordinator.
