Naviance FAQ

Below are some common questions we receive regarding Naviance.

What is the address of the Naviance website?

How do I sign up?
You need a registration code in order to access Naviance.  In general, your registration code is A plus your student’s ID number (if you are the guardian listed first) or B plus your student’s ID (if you are the guardian listed second).

I am entering A plus my student’s ID or B plus my student’s ID and it still isn’t working.
You may already have a student attending OPRF or had a student who graduated from OPRF. Please enter either A or B plus his or her student ID.  If you don’t remember your student’s ID, that’s OK!  Email Family Access at familyaccess@oprfhs.org.  We’d be happy to look it up for you.

What is my Naviance login ID?
Your Naviance login ID is the email address we have on file for you.

What if I forgot my password?
Please click here to go to the Naviance homepage. Look for the link toward the bottom that says “forgot your password."  Click on this link, enter the email address we have on file for you, and click "reset Password."  An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address you entered.  Please enter your email address as the login ID and this temporary password in order to access Naviance.

How do I make changes to my information that is shown in Naviance?
Contact Family Access at familyaccess@oprfhs.org.  A Family Access representative will update your information.  Please note that representatives are allowed to make only changes that match what is on file in Skyward.

I have two (or more) students who attend OPRF. I see only one student when I log in. I would like to see both students.
Please contact Family Access at familyaccess@oprfhs.org to have your students “joined” so that you can see both when logging in to your Naviance account.
