MISSION STATEMENT
- The mission of the District 200 Oak Park and River Forest High School Technology Department Help Desk is to provide technical support to the teachers and staff of the district from one central point. Total Quality Technology Assurance requires a central point approach, which allows all technical support to come from a technical pool rather than specific individuals.
- Provide faster problem resolution and improvement of
services to the faculty and staff of OPRFHS.
- Improve problem resolutions that are consistent,
accurate, and take full advantage of the various skills of all resources
available.
- Log data on all problems for improved tracking, which allows for better management of available resources.
