Dear Students
In the event that you did not hear the PA announcements regarding the two evacuations yesterday: The first evacuation prior to 4th period was due to our system detecting smoke/fire coming from one of our Science classrooms. We were able to assess the area and reset the system successfully. The second evacuation at the end of 6th period unfortunately was a result of a false pull of the fire alarm system. As you are all well aware, this is a very serious breach of safety and will be thoroughly investigated. We apologize for the interruption to the school day and we thank everyone for the expedient and orderly evacuation and return to the school building. Mr. Rouse
