During the reading of these announcements or every 3 minutes, one woman will die of breast cancer. Next Tuesday is Breast Cancer Awareness Day at OPRF. Please wear pink to support the cause of Breast Cancer Awareness and Education.

Godspell opens Saturday!
Come see the first Little Theatre show of the year Godspell, the musical, opens this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Other performances are: Sunday at 3:00 p.m. and next week Thursday, October 30 at 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 31 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, November 1 at 7:30 p.m. This hit musical features the music of Stephen Schwartz of Wicked fame, directed by Michelle Bayer and musical directed by senior, Paul Whalen.
Huskiepalooza
Get your Palooza on…and sign up Dodge ball and Badminton sign up in Room 174. The deadline for sign up is tomorrow. Teams are limited.

4:00 p.m. and on Thurs. at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are only $5 dollars.

Wearing a sweatshirt or sweater around the house instead of turning up the thermostat will help reduce energy you and your family's carbon footprint. We are meeting Tuesday in Room 111 at 3:15 p.m. - OPRF's very first CFL Light Bulb Exchange will be discussed. See you there! (C. McGuckin)

All current speech team members stop by Room 101 today at 3:30 p.m. for short meeting about first tournaments scheduled November 1 and 8. Remember to sign up for a minimum of 2 coaching sessions per event each week. Not a member of the team? Well, it is not too late to join Speech Team. Stop by Room 101 after school this week Tuesday Friday to find out more information especially if you like to act, enjoy comedy, love to talk, are interested in current event, poetry, short stories or think being a radio broadcaster might be interesting!
Theatrical Make Up
There will be short meeting this week, if you are interested in working on makeup crew for upcoming shows, learn about stage make up, hair, wigs, and more. Please stop by just outside the Little Theatre/Student Center at 3:45 p.m. today to find out more. GodSpell make up crew will be meeting this week – show opens October 25. Stop by and see Mrs. Cheney this week either in Room 414 before or right after school OR in Green Room after 4pm.
