As a Pre Admission Screening (PAS) agency, Suburban Access will screen children & adults to determine if there is an Intellectual Disability and if so, determine eligibility for programs.  Contact Suburban Access once a Developmental Disability has been determined so the Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services (PUNS) can be completed.  PUNS is the State of Illinois’ data base of unmet service needs.  This agency controls the money for placement and determines eligibility for Home Based Service for intellectually disabled adults.
