Verification of Employment

The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to protecting our employees’ information.  For this reason, we use Verifent to confirm verification of employment and/or verification of income (VOE/VOI) requests are legitimate, and a valid permissible purpose exists as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for an Oak Park & River Forest High School District 200 employee must submit VOE/VOI requests through Verifent.

To Submit a Request for Experience Verifications:

We use Verifent to respond to Experience Verification requests for data security and ease of use. Hiring districts seeking an Experience Verification have two options to make this request:

To Submit a Request for a Loan or Credit Verification:

1. You do not need to create an account with Verifent. Provide your consent to the verifier when applying for a benefit, loan, or credit that requires proof of employment and/or income and tell them to visit www.verifent.com. 
2. Provide our Organization Code (B64971), your first and last name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and date-of-birth to the verifier.
3. The credentialed verifier, operating under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, provides a valid Permissible Purpose, consumer consent, and submits the request.
4. We fulfill the request.
