District seeks new members for its Community Finance Committee

Oak Park and River Forest High School Logo

OPRF High School is seeking dedicated individuals from the community who are interested in taking an active role in shaping the future of our school by applying to serve in a voluntary capacity on our Community Finance Committee (CFC).

CFC, which meets every two to three months, partners the District's administration and Board of Education to provide ongoing expertise, oversight, and guidance on the district's fiscal operations. The committee also reviews the district's financial performance, which includes activities such as monitoring budget projections in comparison to actual experience, examining rolling five-year projections, and reviewing and commenting on investments, budget development, and the district's annual audit.

The board is currently looking for two members to serve on the CFC. Members will need to commit to a two-year initial term. Individuals who would like to be considered for membership are asked to complete this form by Wednesday, May 21.

Please email Anthony Arbogast at aarbogast@oprfhs.org with any questions on the application process.
