Semester I Final Exam Schedule:

Final examinations for the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year will be administered Wednesday through Friday, December 17-19, 2025.

Note: There will not be an advisory period during first-semester final exams. 

General Exam Information:

  • Teachers will inform students of the final exam format in advance of the exam days.

  • ALL classes will meet during their scheduled examination time, including study halls and PE. Teachers will take attendance.  Students are expected to attend school on final exam days. If students are not able to attend school or any independent class period on final exam days, they will be marked absent for whatever period is missed. 

  • Students who are absent from school must contact their teacher and plan to take missed exams for a date after the scheduled final exam date.

  • Meals and Snacks:

    • The South Cafeteria will be open from 7:15 to 7:50 a.m. for breakfast. 

    • The South Cafeteria will also be open for lunch during students’ scheduled lunch periods and until 1:45 p.m. Additionally, students may go home for their scheduled lunch period. OPRF will apply the open campus lunch procedure to all grade levels during the three exam days.

    • Snacks will be available in the South Cafeteria during the passing periods. 

  • Students with three exams scheduled on the same day will need to prepare to take all of their exams during the scheduled time. The make-up period is for students who are ill during their scheduled final exam. Students are not permitted to take final exams early.  

  • Teachers are not permitted to reschedule final exams prior to scheduled exam periods provided above. Examinations must be given on the days designated in the examination schedule with the exception of those long-term assessments or projects that begin in the weeks prior to exams.

  • As a reminder, family access on Skyward will be unavailable from 8 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, until 8 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
