Academic Divisions
Oak Park and River Forest High School offers a wide range of classes (some 250) to meet a variety of needs, including graduation requirements, exploration of individual interests, performance opportunities, academic support, and college credit.
The high school is organized into eight academic divisions:
- English
- Fine and Applied Arts (Business Education, Family/Consumer Science, Music, Speech Arts, and Visual Arts)
- History
- Mathematics
- Physical Education/Driver Education/Health
- Science
- Special Education
- World Languages
Each of these divisions has a wide range of offerings designed to meet individual student needs and interests.
