Prerequisite Options
- Initial Entry: Either Art Foundations or Photo 1 can serve as the prerequisite for art sequences.
- AP Art & Design: Requires two upper-level art courses and is a full-year commitment.
- Advanced Studio Art 3D: Requires Intermediate Wheelthrowing, Metalworking, or Sculpture.
- Advanced Studio Art 2D: Requires Drawing and/or Painting.
- No Prerequisite: AP Art History and History of Film are open to all students.
Available Pathways
- Art foundations & History of Film: Semester courses with no prerequisites.
- 2D Sequence: Includes Drawing, Painting, and Printmaking.
- 3D Sequence: Includes Metalworking/Jewelry, Sculpture, and Beginning/Intermediate Wheelthrowing.
- Design Sequence: Includes Graphic Design 1, Graphic Design 2, and Entertainment Arts.
- Photo Sequence: Includes Photo 1 (35mm BW Film), Photo 2 (Film/Digital), and Advanced Photo (Film/Digital).

- Advanced Studio Art A (3D)
- Advanced Studio Art A (2D)
- AP Art & Design
- AP Art History: A full-year course with no prerequisites.
- Tabula Photo/Design Publication: A full-year course requiring Photo 1 & 2 or Graphic Design 1 & 2, plus an application and teacher recommendation. Can be taken over multiple years. Credit: Fine art, Applied art, or English elective.
