Tabula's goal is to include as many students as possible in the pages of the yearbook. For a chance to have your photo featured with a quote, please complete the survey for your class, answering in as much detail as possible. Things to note:

• You can answer as many questions as you would like.
• Tabula staff will choose the best/most creative responses.
• We will let you know if you have been chosen for a highlight.
