Please make your camp selections carefully.
If you choose to drop a camp for any reason prior to the start date of your camp, a refund, less a $25.00 service fee, will be issued. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE 1st Day OF CAMP.
We are unable to prorate any camp fees for any reason.
DUE TO EXPECTED EXTREME HEAT, SOME OUTDOOR CAMPS MAY IMPLEMENT MODIFIED SCHEDULES, SUCH AS SHIFTING TIMES OR DAYS THAT CAMP WAS SCHEDULED TO MEET. HEAD COACHES WILL REACH OUT TO THOSE ON THEIR CAMP ROSTERS TO ALERT PARTICIPANTS OF ANY CHANGES.
- Registration will remain open through summer camps or until the camp is filled for golf and tennis.

Troubleshooting Tips for Cart Issues:
- Be sure your credit card on file is current
- A computer is preferred over a mobile device
- Preferred browsers: Chrome and Firefox
- Confirm that browser is up to date and running the most recent version.
- Use a single active login session in: oprfhs.revtrak.net
- Do not use a bookmark from an active Parent Portal session, as this can conflict with the Shopping Cart in RevTrak.
- Clear browser's cookies + cache, shut the browser down, and reboot the device before re-attempting to login. Sometimes these cookies and cached information can prevent items from being added to the cart successfully.
Once these tips have been followed, log out of the web store and restart the device. If after following these troubleshooting tips, you are still unable to process a payment please let me know, and I can further investigate.
