Online Payment

You can use your online Family Access account to pay fees (including Athletics fees), add money to a student's Food Service account, or purchase a yearbook. Follow these instructions:

  1. Go to our Family Access page. 
  2. Click on Family Access login link. If you do not know your password, email familyaccess@oprfhs.org. Your password will be sent to you within 24 hours.
  3. Select Fee Management (left hand side).
  4. Click Make Online Payment  (upper right hand corner).
  5. Select box(es) of item(s) to be paid. If paying a different amount, you can enter the amount you are paying toward the obligation in the box under “pay amount.”
  6. Click Pay with RevTrak. You will need to have your credit card information ready. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are acceptable.
  7. To purchase additional items for this student  in this transaction, click on Continue Shopping. Additional items available for purchase:
    1. Food Service/SNAP. Add money to student ID to pay for food only.
    2. Tabula. This is the OPRFHS yearbook; must be preordered by Thanksgiving.
    3. Pay-to-Play. Do not pay this fee until student officially makes the team and coach notifies them to pay.
  8. Click on Go to Checkout.
