Enrollment for ALL 2019-2020 students begins May 28

Dear OPRF High School Families,

District 200 is continuing to conduct annual residency verification for all students. This is to help ensure that only students who legally reside within the District’s boundaries receive educational services funded by District tax dollars. Before going through residency verification, we need each student who plans to attend OPRF during the 2019-2020 school year to be enrolled online first.

Online Enrollment and Upload of Residency Documents: May 28 – June 28, 2019
Enrollment, which is a separate process from course registration and fee payment, involves going online and filling out required information for your student. If you have multiple students, you must enroll each student online and upload residency documents for at least one of them. Please note that this 2-step process may be completed via your computer or your mobile device.

Incoming freshmen, as well as rising sophomore, junior, and senior families will automatically receive a log-in code called a “snapcode” via email a few days prior to May 28. The “snapcode” is necessary to initiate the online enrollment process.

Enrollment Support Days
Because we are now solely accepting residency documentation through online submission, we are no longer offering in-person residency verification days. Instead, we will offer Enrollment Support on the following days and times:

  • Thursday, June 20: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, June 25: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

On these days, we will provide support for completing enrollment online and upload your residency documents. Computers will available to facilitate this process. All submissions will still have to be electronic.

Failure to complete enrollment and provide proof of residency will result in the students being removed from school rosters and inactivated in our student information system. If you have any questions about either enrollment or residency verification or you feel that you cannot complete the online enrollment process or residency verification process due to special circumstances (e.g., temporary living arrangement due to loss of housing), please contact the Registrar: registrar@oprfhs.org or 708-434-3262. Thank you so much for your diligence with this annual process.

Sincerely,

Nathaniel Rouse
Principal
