Today Gov. Pritzker lifted the stay-at-home order that took effect March 21 and announced that all regions of Illinois have moved into Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois reopening plan. What does this mean for our school community?
- Our campus remains closed to the public. We will notify the community when the building has reopened to the public.
- Only limited personnel may be in the building. With the exception of those employees who already have been working on site, employees are not returning to work in the building unless they've been notified to do so.
- We are working on plans to bring personnel back gradually. There are many safety protocols that still need to be determined and implemented.
This is both an exciting and nerve-wracking time as our state slowly begins to move toward reopening. Keep in mind that the risk of Covid-19 infection still remains significant. Please continue to be safe. Wear a mask in public spaces, practice social distancing, and wash your hands frequently.
