Huskie Stress Less Packs
Prevention and Wellness Coordinator Ginger Bencola and Assistive Technology Coordinator Lisa Vincent have teamed up to provide teachers with a classroom tool kit to help students develop self-management skills. The packs include a variety of "fidgets," stress balls, and cards with quick tips on clearing your mind focusing, using breathing techniques, and practicing mindfulness and chair yoga.
Wellness Workshops
Each month, we hold all-school wellness days, where team members go into classrooms for a special 36-minute period and complete a lesson on various topics to help improve our students' social-emotional capacity. Click links below to see the activity guide for each month.
